American DJ is not exactely known for service at all. He said he knew of some other kids who had purchased the other series from American Audio and they were "cheap and junk" and "the kids laugh at you if you have them". The specs were about the same as a QSC 2450, but cost $100 more than the QSC 2450 in this area. Unfortunately it was their top of the line amp and cost $700 new. Much better looking than a Crapinger all around, good features as well. He had me over to listen and I was impressed with the sound quality and the build wasn't half bad. The kid down the street had one of the V series. The kid down the street from me, an aspiring DJ, was given a good deal on a second hand American Audio amplifier. Maybe not but you may have heard of Peavey.
